I am a trained architect-urbanist with a PhD, and I have spent the last 12 years operating as a strategic foresight and M&E consultant.
Most recently, I have contributed to:
Building scenarios for the upcoming 2050 National Land Use Masterplan.
Designing the indicators framework for the Oman Urban Observatory.
Coordinating World Bank programs in Tunisia, focusing on Urban Development, Local Governance, and Integrated Disaster Resilience.
Prior to this, I led the Smart Cities Department at the Tunisian Institute for Strategic Studies. I have also consulted for organizations like the UN University, UNDP, the National Democratic Institute, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and the Edible Cities Network—helping local actors build visions, roadmaps, and dashboards for smart, sustainable, safe, and resilient cities.
I have also co-published a book named « Osons… Notre futur! »
